Play games with generous time controls, so you're not blundering because you're rushed. Don't just play games to burn time, but approach each game with the intention to practice good habits. Take a little time afterwards to not just analyze the game, but think about what you did wrong (where did you blunder?). Make note of your common blunders, or the conditions that make you blunder, and be extra careful. These are my notes to self.
How do I stop blundering and focus on the game

I feel like I play very inconsistently and that most of my games are decided by which player blunders first and if the other player is capable of taking advantage of it. It's annoying when 90% of your losses are because of blunders I feel like I can't learn anything from them. It's not like I make similiar blunders it's that at some point in the game I just lose focus and experience chess blindness.
