How do I teach chess to my 5 year old?

I am trying to teach chess to my 5 year old daughter. She is showing interest as well. But I am not sure about the right techniques to teach her.. Any help would be appreciated.
See how someone would teach you through a youtube video or something and then teach it in a more personalized way to her.
