To add to what @M1m1c15 posted, you have to be diamond to view your insights.

Try refreshing the Chess.com website, or contact their support team for assistance.
Also you might need Diamond membership
If you have it you don't need it

The Comet browser does not give a Diamond membership. It provides some Diamond features while logged into the site with the browser. Insights is not one of those features.
