I said this guy @4THPLANETMARS-active was able to signup with 2000 rating (he joined a few weeks ago)

I looked in a profile of someone who literally joined yesterday and they are 2100 rated in rapid!!

He said when a user signs up, they get the options of 400, 800, 1200, and 1600… but not 2000? So how do people manage to signup with 2000 rating? Example: @4THPLANETMARS-active
btw yes he is closed for abuse so he needed me to ask
btw no he is not asking because he is trying to create new acc (he has 0 ways of coming back), he’s just always wondered this question.
