How do you calculate your fide rating based on your chess.com rating

1400 FIDE is the lowest possible rating. No way players of that strength can have 1900 chess.com.
My FIDE rating is 1730. 1730 + 500 = 2230 chess.com. I wish...

Yes, nearly everyone on cc would be unrated OTB. It's not uncommon to be unrated
