If my WiFi had disconnected how come my opponants clock continued to run down for 4x minutes !
No my connection did not disconnect for 4x minutes , my PC Internet connection is set to reconnect every few seconds if it ever became disconnected. All the other tabs on my Browser were still working all of the time and my internet connection was solid
This is a fault with Chess.com but they won't acknowledge it or respond to my complaint. In fact I cannot even find an option to contact admin on this site hence this post
in my last game my opponant refused to move out of check for over 5 x minutes and I messaged them to request they moake a move. My opponants clock at the top ran down until their time ran out and then instantly their King moved out of check and I simultaneously ran out of time dispite the fact that my clock showed that I had over a minute left on my clock. The game was given to black dispite they had run out of time...crazy .
if Black had moved their King why did the move not show up on the board and why did my clock at the bottom not run out of time ? ?
I had a completely dominant position and was waiting to deliver a checkmate
