how do you copy your chess game

i have been trying to do that for ages but i don't know how

I'm just copy pasting now

-To post a game, you see the chess-icon button in the post-formatting bar? (hover over it, it says insert position or game) -> click
-Select the option: Game or Sequence of moves
-Select 'use a pgn file', you now need to go get the PGN from the game you want (HOME -> GAME ARCHIVE -> VIEW -> GET PGN (this button is just to the right of the moves list)-> COPY/PASTE)

You might want another program to read the pgn file. You can get SCID for free off the internet.
