How do you deal with a bad form?

Happens to all of us, when all of a sudden we begin losing to everyone and can end up with large amounts of rating points gone down the drain.
We all have our ups and downs, for me, recently I managed to get my blitz rating from the 1900s to the 1700s in a very short time.
Same thing has been happening in real life tournaments, where I've been playing worse than ever.
Anyone else has had the same experiences? How do you deal with your bad form?
