How do you get the blunder master title

Does anyone know how to get the blunder master title? Since I am 2500 elo less than Hikaru, there's now chance that I can get a proper title. But If I had the blunder master title, then I can flex by saying:

"I'm a titled player"

you can also do it just add that image in your bio section via settings
