I don't know why, I don't know how. What I know is that chess.com is giving me such easy puzzles and I'm a 3400. Puzzle ratings tends to be rated 2000 or lower.

The ratings shown in the UI are not the ratings being used for puzzle selection or rating progression. Puzzles have new ratings in the backend that are meant to be noted accurate and provide more realistic results.
There's also some new puzzle selection algorithms that some members have that could result in getting a higher proportion of easier puzzles as well.
Some point, likely in the near future, the UI will be updated with the ratings being used and a single selection algorithm will be implemented
