Yes, invite only. Even so, anyone requesting to join has to be approved. If it's a private club, they are not accepted. I believe that's allowed.

I know how to do it!

No.1.  -Go to profile and club settings

No.2.  -Press on advance options

No.3.  -Turn off anyone can join.

All done!!!!
