I don’t have premium so I can’t but I think that you have to make your tournament not ‘invite only’ and it will be public.

go to the play option then click on tournement and then you shoudl see create daily tournmanet

You can't make a public Live tournament. They are tied to clubs only.

Those are site official tourneys. Only the site can make those.
