I don’t have premium so I can’t but I think that you have to make your tournament not ‘invite only’ and it will be public.
How do you make a public tournament?

You can't make a public Live tournament. They are tied to clubs only.

Those are site official tourneys. Only the site can make those.

There was a 10 sec arena where the name of the tournament was phyocological sighs first 10 sec tournament and there was phycological sigh in it and many peaple have arenas with any names

You could create a club event, if you're an admin in a club, and your club members will see it. There isn't a way to create an event that shows to everyone.
