It's very frustrating and the chatbot just tells me to update my browser.
My problem (inactive resign button) is likely due to old browser; can't update browser because both my laptop and desktop are out of date and browsers can't be updated. Very frustrating.
That's likely correct. If you're not one of the below versions or newer, you'll likely have the problem
