How do you replay old games in real-time?

I've looked over all of the chess forums on this topic, all of the reddit posts, everything. For the life of me I can't figure out how to replay old games in real-time. Plz help. And for the love of god don't link something saying to go to archives - games, click the two boxes, and then press play to reveal another checkbox to play in realtime; because that doesn't work anymore.

I've used it so many times now I can't find it. 

Some PGNs have the clock times in there too, but many of them don't. I think if you go to the computer chess championship page, and grab a PGN there, you can get it with the times. Also, I think if you play a game yourself, the PGN of that game will have the times in it. Normally they aren't here, though.
