how do you select black ?

sorry, but I can not find or figure this out. Playing a live game, I always get white, how do I set up a game and get black ?

You can only choose color in unrated games.

In rated games, it's up to chance. It should balance out. Out of your last 20, you had only 9 whites.

Maybe you're talking about playing the computer?

You can pick your color in the settings.
