How do you spot #. I keep missing #s.

 This is a latest game that I played and I missed two obvious moves that #. I was pleased with the game then put it in the engine and I was like WTF.
 
How do you improve being able to spot #. I miss one virtually every game. Even when I win I find there was usually a faster # somewhere else.

You don't mention the time control, and I didn't look, but playing fast can be part of it. You missed a few mating lines, 3 mate in 1, 2 mate in 2. But if you were short on time, I can see that happening easily.
