How do you train your tactical ability?

Hi guys,

I just want to know your experience and habit of learning tactics ?

Do you learn it from books everyday (like 30 minutes drill or something), do you use chess.com tactics trainer exclusively, or something else ?

I don't have any tactical books yet (I'm ordering it and waiting) but I occasionally use chess.com tactics trainer..

I do ~20 tactics problems every day.  

You don't need to buy a single tactics book, there are excellent resources available online for free.

Wow thanks... any recommendation for the online resources besides chess.com ?
