What is a typical GM Training Schedule? There are so many options availablesuch as tactics training and endgame puzzles for the average player, but how does a GM best use the hours available in a day?

I guess it wildly differs between GMs how they train and schedule just like it differs between lower ranked players. It's definitely not surfing through 2000 games a day like some article would suggest..
