How does Chess.com differentiate between cheaters and someone who memorized engine moves?

So recently I've started memorizing all Queens Gambit moves with chess engine. As far as I understood your're ALLOWED to use the engine if its NOT an ongoing game. (Else chess engine wouldn't be there on chess.com duh)

Of course there's trillions of trillions of chess moves, but the main chess moves across certain popular attacks are always the same, so if someone just memorized the moves in advance its not cheating (right?). So how does it differentiate between memorized engine moves and actual cheating engine moves.

Well, if you are going out 10 moves, that's fine.

If you go out 20 moves, that would be pretty unusual.

If you go out to 30 moves...
