How Does chess.com ELO represents real ELO?

I think chess.com is +200, because when I was 1500 on chess.com I played on lichess too and there my elo was 1800 easily

I just looked at it and I learned that I have greatly improved in the last 3 years of no over the board games going from 1325 FIDE to 1901 chess.com rapid (1688 FIDE). I am so happy

Just because something is online does not mean it is not real. Ratings on chess.com are just as real as ratings elsewhere, except that you cannot earn a national master or FIDE title.
But, your question is how do these ratings compare to OTB (over-the-board) ratings?
There are many threads on the topic and some websites offer sophisticated statistical analysis that answers this question. These sights refute my usual reply that there is no comparison.
My current blitz rating on this site is well below my USCF OTB blitz rating, and also below my standard USCF OTB. Most players here, however, have higher online ratings.
Blitz is the most accurate online predictor of OTB performance and provides the best comparisons.

Your graph is pure BS!
It says if we compare chess.com online blitz rating's vs FIDE standard ratings , so I typed 3000 chess.com blitz and it showed me that I would be just a CM (2200+ FIDE classical) NOT EVEN a FM lmao ! Haha that's funny, because not even many GM's can reach 3000 in here in blitz it's extremely hard and perhaps I don't even know any CM or NM titled player who reached 3000 level .
So your graph is meaningless and all it does just collect data , that's all.

ur puzzle one is wrong, many people have over 3200, you can't put max to 3200
You make a good point. For most players, I figured 3200 was a good ceilling, but I supposed there are a few players with puzzles ratings higher than 3200. Did you add your other scores to the db? I'm sure they would be helpful, especially coming from an FM.
