so im a bit curious how does chess.com recognize titled players? lets say a new member joins chess.com and he/she is a titled player. so how does chess.com know if that new member is a titled player? and second if a non titled player has finally reach his/her dream on becoming  a titled player how will chess.com know  if he/she is now a certified titled player? yes i know you need a fide rating of at least 2000 above to become a titled player. my main question is all about on how chess.com detects titled players.

There is not any automatic "detection" for a player's title.  Titled players have to submit proof of their title and verify their account.  It's a manual process from both the player and from Chess.com.

You need a FIDE rating of at least 2200 and have been awarded the title by FIDE (paid the title fee or had it paid on your behalf). Or have a title from a national federation, such as National Master given by some.
