Hello people of Chess.com
You know how after you win a game a 'game rating' section opens up beside analysis that gives an ELO rating of the game you played? I am around 1300 ELO, but Im getting game scores of 1500 and 1800 normally, even if I lose. I figure that, like the chess bot ratings, this rating is overinflated.
Does this game rating take into account your ELO or just the one game that was played?
Do you guys have any experience of having overinflated ELO ratings as well?
That system is an estimate based on the ratings of the players and their respective accuracies. The exact same game will give a different performance rating if the player's ratings are also changed.
