How does I improve?

Start by using "do" when you are referring to the first-person. "Does" is for third person. "How does he improve?" "How do I improve?"
If I fails to improve, and it takes I 5 minutes to walk to the shop and back. how many apples have I got?
Me has got one bags of apple to brings home.

You should practices tactics and yours calculations. You wills studies them masters games. You will reads books and analyzes yours gamesss for yours mistake. That is how you does improve.
You must not play hope chess against higher-rated players because such techniques usually fail unless your opponents are caught off guard. Try to visualise piece combinations, like a queen-rook battery, queen-bishop battery and how knights and bishops work together. Learn some basic endgames and checkmating patterns. Once those have been established, you can pick up some opening repertoire of several moves deep, and at the same time you can familiarise yourself with tactical ideas and positional play. If bullet does not work for you, move on to blitz first before reverting to bullet. If blitz still does not work, you will have to play on longer time controls, because longer time controls offer you more thinking time to consider better options available.
If you are referring to unsuccessful queen sacrifices instead, you must try to calculate the relevant lines a little more deeply to increase your chances of making correct judgements. Because once a queen sacrifice has been made, the queen is gone for the game (and chances are, you will not be able to get another queen by promoting a pawn because with your queen gone, your opponent's forces are likely to deny you any chances of promoting pawns), and this decision is irreversible for the rest of the game.
@Cubronzo
I have seen your latest bullet game. Aside from small inaccuracies in the game, you played generally well, not dropping behind your opponent in material. Unfortunately, you resigned after missing out on an opportunity to capture White's e2 queen with your e8 rook.

You want my advice? Don't play bullet. If you want to really improve your chess play longer time controls (atleast 15 minutes 10 second increment. Also analyze your games to check for your mistakes and the weaknesses in your game an get rid of them. this is the first step to becoming a better player.
If you want to improve stop playing bullet as it can lead to superficial thinking and won't help you improve your calculation. You won't be able to practice properly winning positions that are winning with bullet chess. You will also develop many bad habits as you can get away with many things at bullet. Try playing more games at 15 minutes(or more) time control.
