How does the chess . com is calculating the average time per move ?

I would think it's exactly what it's named as; chess.com takes the average of the time it takes from when your opponent moves to when you move in response. It's most relevant in daily chess, as average time per move is a restriction in many daily chess tournaments.

Is there somewhere I can see my average time for move on chess.com over all of my games or do I have to calculate it manually?

It's available through the API, but I don't believe you can view your own in the interface anywhere.

Yours is time_per_move":10385 listed in seconds, so 2.9 hours average.
