How exactly is my rating so much higher than it should be?

I've just started playing chess and I've played only two completed games so far on this website. One was unranked and I had no rating before or after that. The second was ranked against a guy of 614 (I won) and I suddenly have a rating of 1231. I have no idea why. I am nowhere near this good. Can someone please explain to me how this happened exactly? I can assure you I am not a 1200 level player.
