he is not funny at all lol. Never ever have i ever chuckled at anything he said. People pretend to laugh at what he says since it gives them a sense of "belonging", in reality he's one of the most boring youtubers

He has great sense of humor, 9/10. https://youtu.be/P3sZqX-vRp4 its a short clip, but if anyone bothers to watch I will also type it hete. So there was a fanfiction in hi donation which went: ' "Your chess is insane" said Levy as he slipped his feminine hand in Magnus's pants and smirked. "Are you trying to mate me?" protests Magnus as Levy blushes. The boyish figure undressed before Magnus. Weak tempo play Levy. The two kissed. ' Thats the end of the donation and it wouldnt be that funny if Levy didnt respond in his own uniqe way. His reaction and face expression is what makes this funny. After the reading voice stopped, Levy said "umm, I can neither confirm nor deny these allegations" Thats just one example I could think of that made me laugh and there are tons of them more. Humour is subjective so someone might not find him funny and thats completely okay.

I don't understand what the OP is asking. Our opinions on whether each person considers him funny or not, or looking for something or validation to take an appropriate side of the discussion.
That said, I like his sense of humor, and often makes me laugh especially during an episode of "Guess the ELO". Brah, brah.... not only did white not take, but hung his own queen! Not for one move, but 3 moves! And what the hell is black doing? What did you just play? Have you ever seen me play that opening? NO! You're no sub of mine, no way, no how! E6, D6... what what what?! (Pulling hair out now) and I laugh because I imagine how badly I would be roasted if he were to watch one of my games. I'm still waiting for an official negative ELO score...
