@kesetokaiba if someone has brain and uses it then they can even learn something from blitz games by doing short self analysis.
I disagree; not everyone has the logical mindset to reason through a game and find improvements. Some players might not even be asking themselves the "right questions."
What I do agree with you on is that self-analysis of your past games can be a huge help. However, there is a bit of a learning curve with learning how to analyze efficiently. Perhaps some people are naturally more gifted on this learning curve than others, but that doesn't mean many people don't legitimately struggle on their own. If this wasn't true, then chess coaching wouldn't even be a job because all chess players would just know what to do on their own.
