I’ve played him once and beat him. My assumption is that he’s an adaptive bot, like Jimmy. I’m not even remotely good so I doubt he’s not adaptive because it seems like the only reasonable explanation.
I played a 12 move game against it

two options to do that
a) play timed and flag
b) pair with maximum bot (the only chess.com bot who can compete) or just a normal engine which has lots of time
i really doubt anyone beating him normally
