If you want to see live chess stats, go to play>live chess then on the right side will be some options you can do, click view players then you can see what you want. If you want to see online just do the same thing except click online chess.
How i can see the most higher/lower ranked members?

Do you mean this for example? http://www.chess.com/echess/players?page=1 I know a player that aren't on this list.
For example, if i want to know the member with the higher online chess rating, or the lowest bullet rating, what i do?
