Because he is a brilliant dutch player. He is strong on the attack and tenacious in defending bad positions.

Last time I remember him playing the dutch against Kramnik he was massacred.

He just won with the dutch vs Andreikin a few rounds ago in this event. He beat gelfand in dutch in the last year or two.

Well, to my knoweldge the dutch isn't so bad in the first place. But if we're going to point to a top 10 player's win % in a certain opening, I think it's relevant to ask for the average opponent rating.
