So according to this game: https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/107087064834?tab=review&move=6

It says that I should've sacrificed my knight to save a pawn, which would be the best move???? Is this a engine glitch or am I just stupid?

You are not stupid I have no clue why that would suggest for you. There are no openings for that and no advantages. The engine may tend to do it

wait sorry possibly you could make a fient by afterwords putting your queen to h5 and make a fork by going to e5 but other than that i have no clue

Yup the above is correct. Pretty much, black cannot capture the knight with fxe5 because white has the following tactic afterwards due to the black's f pawn having moved.

NimzoLarceny

It's a well known trap, the line without ...c5 is Damiano's opening IIRC. Nxe5 fxe5 Qh5+ followed by Qxe5+

Kakashicopyninja43

Its a trap for the queen and very risky.
