I don't know, if it's a really strong tournament with a lot of high rated players, then I suppose it's fine. Other times though it really does seem like a give away. Some people work for years and years to achieve that.

I checked the tournament where she got the title and it seems that she got it by scoring 4.0/7 and defeating four unrated players. Weird.
On further research, I found that the girl who came first in that tournament got the WFM title. She did score a perfect 7/7 but I don't think having a perfect score in such a weak tournament should get her a title.
