how long does it take to ban an account?

Just wondered how long it takes from submitting a report to an account getting banned (cheating) and the elo being refunded? Have suffered against some blatant cheating recently (new accounts with crazy high accuracy in back to back games (>95%) at relatively low ELO… have always reported it but can’t see they action has been taken.
