Chess buddy told me about this site 7+ years ago. I only signed up to play him every once in a while when we couldn't meet for a game. I immediately became addicted.

We were about equal at the time... now he's chop liver.

Since Jul 16, 2011.

So... I'm a 3 year, 10 day noob. Even though I signed up back in 2011, I only played a couple games until a few weeks ago and I never looked at the forums until yesterday.
