More than 1.
How many chess games have you played?
I'd say.... 3000-4000 since year 2001/2002.. I would watch more games on YouTube or study lessons from videos a lot more over the many years.
Around 37,000 games over the last forty years. Mostly in my teens and mostly "five minute chess".
p.s. I've slowed over the last decade, so I play "eight minute chess" these days.
I am trying to remember how many games I have played on chess.com
Being a free member, I can't view my archive very far back . I play on another site, and I have played about 193 on that one.
i generally don't play live games, not as good as a fast player, often distractions, and the online games are fine and usually get better quality play from both sides.
Prior to about 2 years ago, I used to sometimes play on Yahoo games and many years of regular OTB (that went on until I moved to Asia in 1992).
How many? I have no idea.
I know at the club I would of course sometimes play 5 minute speed games (no blitz) and I could have played a dozen or more easily as many games don't use the whole 10 minutes. Regular tournaments were fewer, though I did play some, even going to the NY Open many years ago, maybe '85 or 86'. I know I could drag out my game sheets and check those as well. Of course I used to play casual games too at friend's houses now and then, but haven't done that since I moved east.
But I am having difficulties going to 1500 with all my ratings >.< this is 3 years of serious playing chess the above games. Anyone having tips? Should I play more chess 960?

Pick something you haven't studied yet. Like endgame, strategy, or an annotated game collection. Get a book on it, and read the whole book.
You get better at the things you practice. Chess960 will not help as much as regular chess lol :)

3 years and you have 50 tactics puzzles attempted? I see you have 4 000 turn based chess games. Quit it. It does not improve you at all, even worse, drags you down. 960 will be good for creative thinking but i dont recommend it for you. Your problem is i think you cant spent much time on chess, thats why you play those 1 move turn based games, you quickly make a move, another game, another game like that and thats it. You have to play long game then spent time checking for errors etc. analyzing. You have to spent time studying tactics, watching video lessons, books etc.
Probably less than 50. I've read more pages of chess books and completed more puzzles than games played. Odd, isn't it?
My database of online games going back to 1999 is closing in on 80,000. It is missing several thousand blitz games due to errors made learning to use ChessBase and transferring the games from Chessmaster's database, which I used about three years. It is also missing almost all of my bullet games, which number over 30,000. I've played fewer than 1000 USCF rated OTB games, though.

Way too many to count.
About 2500 USCF rated games.
Over 20,000 blitz games if you combine ICC, FICS, and Chess.com
Probably over 5000 more blitz games over the board.
A few thousand bullet on ICC (I have quit bullet ages ago)
A few-hundred bughouse games on FICS.
A few thousand wild varients on ICC and FICS
Probably over 40,000 all told.
