How many queens is one allowed to have before they are forced to resign?

Any way, he checkmates his opponent with TWO QUEENS!!!! Isn't that against the rules of chess?!? That's FREAKING POLYGYNY!!!
I once created a thread discussing the same issue. Apparently most people aren't that concerned with the immorality of polygamy, which I find alarming.

look here you may learn something
10.h4 is not illegal, he just doesnt want to lose the h pawn, if he takes than he loses a rook.
resignition is not nessisary, if he is down 3 pawn he can come back- mabey. I came back from a queen once in a tournement game, if he wants to play on so be it
same point for dropping the rook
if he is losing, that he doesnt need to resign i mean come on. infact he missed 21.qg6 which gives him counterchances. also, chess.com block illegal moves, i'd like to see you definition of a illegal move
if both sides dont castle they may have reasons for doing so, such as they dont have enough time, once you get passed a low level of play you learn that castling is not always good.
2 queens is compleatly allowed, he promoted, we dont play baby rules.

Dreaper2002,
So you buy my own stupid rule that queens cannot be taken if they are attacking their opponent's king? 21. Qg6+ loses the white queen!!!
So as some of you know, I have been tracking this notorious Wayward queen troll lately and I uncovered this recent game in his archives. His opponent is like 100 points higher rated than him too!!!! Any way, he checkmates his opponent with TWO QUEENS!!!! Isn't that against the rules of chess?!? That's FREAKING POLYGYNY!!!
