I don't analyse most of the time lol. But it really helps me for preparing for a tournament. One thing to always remember is, don't blindly follow a engine.

A lot. It takes time to learn how to use it but with practice it shows you everything which missed in your matches.

very little for me
even though i analyze most of my games i don't get it why i have to push a side pawn when there is very time-critical position going on up there..

It helps me a lot, but I have to make sure I actually pay attention to it, instead of just glazing over it as a force of habit
