I've had up to 60 at one point and was overwhelmed. I prefer 20-30 games because I can be familiar with the games and remember what my plans were in each. Usually there a few games where me and the opponent are on at the same time and make about 6-8 moves a day and it helps to speed up the match and get to a point where the thinking is more important than say, and opening where moves are pretty much automatic.
How much time a day do you spend on "online" (turn based) games?

I play about 15-20 or a few more at a time. One thing I wish I could do is just play 1 at a time and I'm certain my rating would go up because I could spend more time on each move. I find myself making moves and within 2 seconds see that it is bad move. Chess is fun though and I like the "pressure" of juggling so many games at once. Sometimes I get on a good streak and was at 1670 not long ago, now I'm struggling to get above 1500.
Hello all. I was wondering if I could get some response on how much time each day one typically spends on his "on line" chess games. I usually try to only play about 10 to 12 games with a move/3 day time control. That way I can make at least one move a day and spend about 30-45 minutes thinking.
Lately, however, I have found myself with nearly thirty simultaneous games, and I'm spending about 90 minutes a day just making one move on each. So is that above average? I'm interested in your experiences in this.
