How often do you make a Mistake?

I don't make too many serious errors during a game or though i do have a tendency to miss things or not see a good move until it is too late.

The worst mistake ive made, was in a situation were i had 2 rooks on a4 and a6 (1 on each, they werent both on both, that would be silly), and i had planned in my head to move a4-a5, the left rook into that unncupied space in the middle, this was a move that would have prevented the opponents assualt, and put me in a stronger postition, but when i went to play this move, something got mixed up in my head, and i played a6-a5, the right rook into the unnocupied space. the opponent promptly checkmated me and i felt like an arse.

I seem to find a better move just about everytime I make a move.

 Ahaha, I know the feeling.

I usually make blunders when I have the intiative but don't know how to take advantage of it.

One of the hardest things to do is win a won position. When you have an advantage that is the time when you might let your guard down and make a slight error to let your opponent back into the game.

I geniunely agree with everything that's just been said, especially about what to do when you have the initiative.

I find it hard to believe that you make 6 blunders in a game one is usually enough to be terminal, well from my point of view because when I make one blunder I don't usually recover from it. minor errors or mistakes I can usually rectify unless I am playing a very good player and in that case I normally have my back against the wall for the rest of the game but I make them work for the win probably because I get a buzz from trying to turn the game around.

I'd say that I make a mistake that's big enough for a grandmaster to take advantage of roughly once per move - sometimes more. That's not counting the mistake of trying to play in the first place.

Really: Depends on the game.  I could be so into one game that I lose focus on another.

All the time.  I frequently hang material, overlook hanging material, and fat-finger moves.
