How seriously do you take daily games?

As an ex correspondence player (British championships 1980s...before computers)   My natural instinct is to take them very seriously, ie like a correspondence game. However lately im treating them as just a tool to learn new openings, and not taking long on each move and having about 50 games going at once.

 The quality dropping, but then I thought so what, it only a bit of fun and the more games churn out the quicker learn new openings tht an unleash over the board.    How seriously do you guys take them, and do you reallt care when you lose a game?

Sorry to ramble, bit tipsy (but still moving !!)

I take daily chess games seriously......I have about 30 or so going on right now....at the end of the day...you win some,you lose some ...but it gives you a lot of experience

i take it seriously . i make several moves per day .i also like to try different openings in correspondence chess but i do have a limit to the number of games . i think too many games going on at the same time spoil chess and learning process . 

Its very addictive though dont you think?  Just been playing in a 24h per move tournament with 22 simultaneous games, and it only been going for Two days but most the Twenty Two games are well into the middle game already.

     When I first started playing them I would only make one move per day on each game, even slower on the Three and Five day stuff, and would spend sometimes One or Two hours thinking bout one move in the complicated positions.   Now its like Five minutes, they arriving so thick and fast, it almost like playing a simul

I play 30-40 games simultaneously. I treat daily chess just like active chess or 30 minutes games. I no longer play in otb tourneys and I play purely for fun. I spend not more than 1 minute per move causing me to lose some games. I really dont care if my online rating is 1600+ only. Its more fun to play at this level as sometimes I get opportunities like Morphys games and play ala Morphy too 😎
