How should white vs black be?

I started playing here a month ago 10 min games. Before that I hadn't played any chess for more than 20 years. First I was loosing most of the games with black (about 70% win rate with white and 30% with black). Now it is almost reversed. Last 7 days 44% win rate with white and 59% with black. I didn't know any openings by name a month ago. My rating first dropped to 650 (lost a lot running out of time) and is now close to 900.

I guess Caro-Kann works much better for me than Ponziani. I think I do better when the opponent starts with Scandinavian defence and thus I'm not playing Ponziani.

I watched the gothamchess video about Ponziani a few weeks ago and I'm trying to learn, but statistics are against it for me. I usually get a good center in the beginning, but then I can't keep the advantage. Never get the traps shown in the video and every now and then I get totally beaten in the opening.
