How to analyse a game: Rafael Leitão's method

In YouTube GM Rafael Leitão (FIDE 2617) shows how to use an engine for analyses without looking at the moves, only the evaluation. The video is in Portuguese (Leitão is Brazilian), but you can see well what he means.

In chess.com you can do a similar thing by hidden the moves proposed by the engine with a post-it; at least this is what I have been done.

It seems to me that this hybrid method human-engine is very useful if you want to go through your games by yourself but having at least a little help from the engine about positions where the game's evaluation changed and you have to think what would be the best continuation.
