How to avoid cheaters

I guess chess dot come locks down discussions on cheating. We all know they are trying hard to catch cheaters, But not giving an opportunity to vent out may be not a good idea. Anyway There are following I check before starting the game when playing Rapid (15|10 and 30).
1. Check his rapid profile. If he has less than 100 games played, I don't waste my time on him. Just abort.
2. if opponent has less 100 games and winning percentage is greater than 55%. Then abort and don't bother to waste my time on him.
Rapid games takes lot of time and lot of brain energy. We should not be wasting that precious time on some cheaters.
