2500 FIDE rating in 3 tournaments which means you will get 3 GM(GrandMaster) norms which means you become a GM(GrandMaster).

You are confusing those 2 things.

You only need to reach 2500 rating once. GM norms are independent from this. A GM norm is a good result in a high level tournament (with some GMs in the field).

Yeah if the OP is asking for him / herself, then the answer is: if he's over 8/9 years old and hasn't already competed at a professional level then it's already too late.

Sorry but the game is that competitive. It's not a realistic goal for a hobbyist.
