Being a titled player is a massive long-term acheivment, perhaps too ambitious to ask such a question when you are still a beginner.
Maybe one can ask, how do i become a 1000+ player? well im certainly qualified to answer that. I would say to not get too hung up on opening theory as you should mainly use your chess brain to get you into good positions. And what's more you should be able to win a game from a good position which is proabably the hardest part of chess imo. Finally, ANALYSE GAMES! its so useful in developing your chess. Goodluck
