How to become a national master

Most prominent "chessologists" try to anticipate the almost mystical problem of someone developing to a player who can't have a rating perfomance below 2500+,that is of an international grandmaster!How about the simpler yet unofficial norm of "NM chess"?Is there a concrete formula for achieving this level in a relatively short depth of time?

No.

Well, I made a free video lessons program on YouTube that showed how I became a national master and picked out what worked, and what didn't. you sill have to do the work, but my claim is, anyone can do it if they set gtheir mind to it. It's all on my website, my homepage in the "about me" section of my profile here. Over 3,000 people have started the program and I have over 1,000 people in my group here, with plenty of support systems in place in the group forums.

There's no formula though, and i don't think i need to be a NM to say so. You need grow as a player in all aspects and that happens in different ways to different people and it rarely happens in a short depth of time.
