how to break 1900 curse

its like 4 months or so that i am still stuck at 1900 rapid , though my classical 90+40 is far much better (2100)  how can i think faster in 10+0 time controls? (but tbh my last serious anaylsis were like 4 months ago also so but i am back now)

How do you have a separate rating for 90+30?

I think 90+30 is way more important than 10+0 so it's good that you're better at 90+30

oh just the 90+30 games , but how can i speed up my thinking process ? because most of the chess OTB tournaments are 10+3 here
