how to challenge for a live game

Can someone please tell me how I can challenge a friend to play a live 60/60 standard game? I can't seem to find out how anywhere on the site.

Go to your Friends Tab in Live Chess which is pictured below:

then find your friend in the list and click on his/her name and the far left icon of the chessboard is the "Challenge" icon, seen below:

then type in the time controls

and have a great game
