My mom made my account but i forgot the username its long and confusing and its one of the ones they give you. I just wanna know if there is a contact number or place to change my user name it would be great help. THANKS

What does it mean by opening a ticket? I've tried looking at the button "contact us" but it asks for username to contact and i don't know it. Thanks though
